Acceptable are postings for dulcians, shawms and other early double
reed instruments (no crumhorns please). I keep the privilege to

Dulcians for sale:
- Bass Dulcian, after Hieronimus Geroldi, Venice, exact copy of
the original in the Stadtmuseum Augsburg made by Rainer Weber. The
instrument plays at 465 Hz. Price: Euro 2,900. Contact: Michael

- Bass Dulcian at A=440 by Leslie Ross. It
is maple wood, in excellent condition and I would like to sell it. It's
a very good instrument, but I don't really need it because I also have

Baroque/classical bassoons for sale:
- Classical Bassoon, after Carl August Grenser, Dresden, exact copy
of the original owned by Robin Howell, made by Michael Hubbert,
Mendocino. The instrument comes with 2 wings and playes at 430 and 440.
It has just 5 keys and responds very much like a baroque instrument,
though all the high notes you need for Haydn and Mozart are on. Ideal
for a baroque player who want to go into classical repertoire. Comes

- A Denner Baroque
Bassoon, almost new, built by Alberto Grazzi. This bassoon is

- Barbara Stanley, copy of a Rottenburgh
baroque bassoon, ca 12 years old. It is reconditioned by
Johannes Wahrig (www.fagottkontor.de) in Dresden, where it is at the
moment. I played for many years on it, the usual stuff (christmas
oratorio, b-minor-mass, passions, messiah ecc.), and it worked quite
